Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Lomera. By signing in or using the studio, you agree to use it responsibly and only within the access granted to you.

Lomera is currently private and under development. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or removed at any time during testing.

There is no public signup. Accounts are created or approved by the administrator.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account with others or attempt to access accounts, projects, images, systems, or data that do not belong to you.

You may use Lomera to enhance and generate fashion, product, campaign, and creative images within the limits of your approved access.

You may not use Lomera to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, create deceptive or harmful content, attack the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with other users.

You are responsible for the images, prompts, references, names, and other content you upload or submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

You grant Lomera the limited permission needed to process, store, display, transform, and transmit your content for operating the service and providing generated outputs.

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. Review outputs carefully before using them commercially or publicly.

You are responsible for checking whether generated outputs are suitable for your intended use, including brand, model, product, copyright, privacy, and advertising requirements.

Lomera may change features, providers, credits, limits, policies, or availability as the product develops.

Private beta access does not guarantee continued access, specific features, production availability, or permanent storage of generated images.

Lomera is provided during development on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or that every generation will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Lomera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

The administrator may suspend, disable, or remove access if an account is inactive, misused, creates risk, violates these terms, or is no longer approved for testing.

Some records may be retained after account removal where needed for security, billing, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational logs.
