Refund Policy

Refund policy for Lomera private beta access, credits, and future paid packages.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Private beta status

Lomera is currently under development and access is invite-only. If you have not made a paid purchase, there is no payment to refund.

Admin-assigned testing credits, trial access, promotional credits, and manually granted credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Paid purchases

If paid subscriptions or credit packages are enabled, refund eligibility will depend on the specific purchase, payment provider status, usage, and applicable law.

Refund requests should be made as soon as possible after purchase and before using the purchased credits or services.

Used credits and generated images

Credits used for completed image generations are generally not refundable because provider processing costs may already have been incurred.

Generated images, downloaded outputs, and completed AI processing are not guaranteed to qualify for a refund simply because the creative result was not what you expected.

Technical issues

If credits are charged for a failed generation, duplicate charge, or clear technical error, the administrator may restore credits or correct the account balance.

For payment errors, the payment provider record, account record, and generation logs may be reviewed before any refund or credit adjustment is approved.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds may be refused for misuse, policy violations, account sharing, attempts to bypass limits, completed generation usage, expired promotional credits, or requests made after substantial use.

Refunds may also be unavailable where a payment provider, bank, card network, or applicable rule prevents the refund.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds, if any, are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Lomera may offer account credits instead of a cash refund where appropriate, especially for technical generation issues during beta testing.
