Privacy and Cookie Notice

How Lomera handles account, usage, image, and cookie data during private beta.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Overview

Lomera is a private AI fashion image studio under development. Access is limited to the admin and approved users created by the admin.

This notice explains what information may be collected when you visit the website, sign in, upload images, generate outputs, or use admin-approved testing features.

Information we collect

Account information may include your name, email address, role, plan or credit status, login timestamps, and session information.

Studio information may include uploaded images, generated images, prompts, presets, generation settings, project/folder names, saved images, and related metadata needed to run the service.

Operational information may include API usage, provider responses, error logs, processing times, IP-derived request data, browser/user-agent data, and rate-limit events.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate approved users, provide image generation features, manage credits, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and improve the product during private beta.

Admin users may review account, generation, credit, provider, and image-library information for support, testing, safety, and operational purposes.

Images and AI providers

Images and prompts may be sent to selected AI providers, such as OpenAI or Gemini, to generate or enhance outputs. Provider processing is necessary for the core studio functionality.

Do not upload images unless you have the right to use them and permission from any identifiable person shown in them.

Cookies and local storage

Lomera uses essential cookies for authentication sessions. These cookies help keep approved users signed in and protect private areas of the site.

The app may also use browser storage to support local history, saved interface state, or studio workflow features. These technologies are used for functionality, not public advertising.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure, database, storage, payment, analytics, or AI service providers only as needed to operate Lomera.

Data may be retained while your account is active, while testing is ongoing, or as needed for security, troubleshooting, legal, billing, and operational records.

Security

Lomera uses access controls, private login, server-side credit checks, rate limiting, secure session cookies in production, and security headers to reduce common risks.

No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe you found a security issue, contact the Lomera administrator before sharing it publicly.

Your choices

Because Lomera is invite-only, account access is managed by the administrator. You may ask the administrator to update, disable, or remove your account where appropriate.

You can clear local browser storage from your browser settings, but doing so may remove local workflow history or saved interface state.
